I'm currently writing this out in Notepad because all of my sites have been down for the past HOUR and I'm pretty bloody annoyed.
And I'm worrying.
I don't have any recent backups of my databases! And I have NO backups, what-so-ever, of my ask&answer script, right now script, etc. Only of my blog entries and parts of the database that holds glittagraphix^ together!
The only database I'm really worrying about is my blog database. I could live with losing all information for the other databases. It'll take me weeks to get the database back up-to-date for glittagraphix but I could cope with that.
I'd be crushed if I lost all of my blog entries.
But it's okay; I subscribed to my feed on Google's Feed Reader^ ages ago and I have yet to unsubscribe! This means that I do actually have all of my entries! Although I'll have to copy/paste/recode/etc all of the entries but at least I will still have them!
And I've learnt a very important lesson - backup all databases on a regular basis. Thursdays are now Backupthedatabasesday.

It's kind of funny that I've basically left my site to fend for itself for weeks and then when I finally decide to update...the site's down.
Well I'm not finding it funny right at this very minute but I'm sure I'll find it funny once the sites decide to come back up...
(It's 4:08pm now.)
