About a month ago, just after I got my new phone, I started talking to this guy I like: Sam.
Sam was in the same college course as me, which is how I know him.
College ended in June, so I hadn't spoken to Sam in about 5 months when he got back in touch.
Anyway, we've been catching up over MSN and he said that he wanted us to meet up but we didn't get around to it for various reasons.
I was up most of last night, feeling kind of annoyed 'cause I really wanted to meet up with Sam and to me, what we do and where we go when we meet up isn't important. The only thing I did care about was seeing him again.
He came online earlier and I had a minor hissy fit about it. I told him what I wrote in the last paragraph: I wanted to see him; nothing else really mattered to me.
He asked when I wanted him to come down and I was just like "whenever you're able to". He said that he might be able to come down tonight and he printed off a road map / directions thing offline, to give him directions to the road I live on, since I am the worst for giving directions and he didn't have his SatNav in his car.
I said to him that I'd probably get him lost.
At about 6:30, he texted me saying that he'd be at mine at 7:15pm. (He drives, I can't.)
Just before the time he was supposed to be meeting me, he sent me a text saying that he was lost (I told him so!). A few minutes later, he phoned me up, saying he was still lost. I asked him where he was and told him to stay there, then I asked Pete if he could drop me off to where Sam was.
Got to meet him! Woo!
We went into some pub (I don't remember the name of it but there was karaoke on and it was quite comfortable in there (since we were sat on a sofa)) and just had a drink and chatted.
We got IDed for coke, though. 
I'm really happy I had my little hissy fit earlier and that he came down to see me. 
I had fun tonight. 
I'm not any good at telling people that I like (*wink*wink* type of like) them; either it sounds really fake or I just can't say it because I'm also no good at the whole *rejection thing*, so I'll be using this post to introduce Sam to my site and to "show" him that I do actually really like him.
I really like Sam.
