I bought some workout DVD shortly after my last birthday. I completely forgot about it until last week, when I was dragged to some shop (which, I swear, was miles away) by Sam and I ended up really hot, sweaty and out of breath.
I decided that since there was no one else at home today and I had no excuses what-so-ever not to at least have a go, I'd put on the DVD.
Since I am so unfit, I thought I'd get about halfway through before deciding that I'd had enough for one day.
Nope.
I did the warm-up...then completely lost interest.
I'll keep trying. Maybe one day I'll actually finish the DVD. ![]()
